meeting.

POLICE BACKGROUND
CHECKS
The
OMHA is mandating that all coaching staff complete a Vulnerable Sector
Screening Background check.
Here's
how to complete:
-
Obtain
the Vulnerable Sector Screen form and authorization Letter from OMHA
Rep's mailbox in minor hockey room
-
Take
letter and completed form with 2 pieces of ID to Sebringville during
regular business hours.
-
Be
sure to sign the form when you get there
-
Once
OPP have completed their process (2-3 weeks) you will need to pickup
your report from Sebringville
-
Place
the completed report in a sealed envelope and deposit in the specially
marked mail slot under the stairs at the arena.

IS NO CHARGE FOR THIS PROCESS

SPRING
TRYOUTS
We
will be holding spring tryouts for Atom B - Peewee B - Bantam
A GIRLS teams only
starting April 22/2013

Entire
teams will be selected at these spring tryouts.
All
other teams (novice/midget girls and all boys teams) will hold their
tryouts in the fall.
PERMISSION
TO SKATE FORMS
Permission
to skate forms for AAA and Junior tryouts are being delivered this week and
will be available after April 4th.
Non-resident
Passports (NRP) will be available soon.
Please
contact OMHA Rep - Pete Frehner if you
require one of these forms.
