on line, No mail in and no drop off only in person
Late
sign up : Any existing player who has not been registered before the
April 30th 2013 deadline will be subject
to 2013-2014 rates.
After
the April 30th 2013 deadline players will be
placed on a waiting list.
Late
registration will take place at the Pyramid
center at a later date and will be posted on the SMMHA web site.
NO
REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING TRY-OUTS.
A
table will be set up at the arena to accept registrations and payments on
the following dates:

17th 10:30 AM-4:00 PM
March
9th 10:30 AM-4:00 PM
March
10th 10:30 AM-4:00 PM
April 20th
and 21st 10:30AM - 4:00PM
Tues
Apr 30 7-9pm FINAL REGISTRATION
Once
the registration is received an e-mail will be sent to the parents/guardian
as a payment/tax receipt. KEEP THIS E-MAIL AS PROOF OF REGISTRATION DURING
TRY-OUTS AND TO RECEIVE YOUR DRAW TICKETS ONCE THEY ARE AVAILABLE.
NOTE:
If a player decides not to play before Sept 1st, payments will be
returned to the parents. Just send email to registrar@smmha.ca
